I requested a withdraw 4 days ago for £5,000. I noticed that as I had not made a withdraw before they required documents, both of which I sent and both were verified within a couple of hours.

Since this I have had no communication or response to numerous emails requesting an update on the delay in the withdraw process. It’s still pending which is extremely frustrating.

The ‘live’ chat is anything but live, it’s effectively a message board with a 12-24 hour response time unless you want to try to deal with the useless bot! I appreciate and understand checks have to be made etc however I don’t excuse the lack of contact.

Play Ojo please get in touch and let me know when this transaction will be completed.

**update**

Now 6 days and still no money and nowhere nearer. Have been told checks are being made by a 3rd party on the win, also told this is normal and not to worry.

How can making someone wait this long be considered ‘normal’ and ok? I think the more if these reviews I read the more disturbing this becomes. The normality with which an organisation can place on making you wait weeks for your winnings whilst hiding behind ‘checks’ and ‘paper work’.

I also have £25,000 left in my account that I want to withdraw, I know full well the delaying tactics will be in the hope I start whittling away at those funds, which is underhand and in todays society shouldn’t be accepted.

PLEASE RESPOND PLAYOJO!

** update **

The initial £5,000 has now cleared this morning, still with no cont at from anyone or justification for its delay.

However my account is now locked and I can’t access any menus/play without being directed to the live chat and the box says they want some information however no-one replies online and I have had no phone calls or emails.

I still have over £25,000 in the account that I would like to withdraw!
