I requested a withdraw 4 days ago for £5,000. I noticed that as I had not made a withdraw before they required documents, both of which I sent and both were verified within a couple of hours.
Since this I have had no communication or response to numerous emails requesting an update on the delay in the withdraw process. It’s still pending which is extremely frustrating.
The ‘live’ chat is anything but live, it’s effectively a message board with a 12-24 hour response time unless you want to try to deal with the useless bot! I appreciate and understand checks have to be made etc however I don’t excuse the lack of contact.
