Now my THIRD complaint to playOJO since the other didn’t have enough detail. I withdrew £600 into my Apple Pay account on Sunday the 22nd at 9:17am. I was at the understanding that it takes less than 24 hours to receive withdrawals which I was clearly mistaken. 2 days later I get a notification through my IPhone wallet which says SkrillNet-£600 declined. I was curious as to what had went on as £600 is a lot of money. I rang my bank they gave me the all clear as did Apple when I contacted them. So I then go to playOjO hoping I could get this quickly resolved. The live chat is horrendous I’m still waiting on a reply now considering it says “replies within 6 hours” here we are over 24 hours later with still no contact on what is going on. I’m sure you can understand my anger. Once this is resolved it will be my last time on the website. Please find below 2 attachments (one for Apple Pay the other for the chat log)

depending on your bank it can take between 2-7 working days for the funds to reach your account
Yes I’ve just received it. When I receive a notification saying the £600 has been declined from Apple Pay though and there is no communication telling me why, you can understand my worry
