Online gambling is a new thing for me so decided so signup when I saw this website advertised.

Unfortunately, the experience has been miserable.

Playing games and depositing at PlayOJO is fine and a breeze. Uploading documents was easy, getting them verified was quick! However, the problems start occurring when you try to make a withdrawal. They get cancelled without reason.

I've had 2 or 3 emails come through requesting more of my information, which I've provided no worries at all. Happy to provide whatever information they need! Withdrawals STILL get cancelled, emails stop being responded to, live chat is just an unhelpful bot. Safe to say after a week or two of this I've had enough and just want to move on.

Hate getting told "Make sure to check your emails and feel free to join us on Live chat, Facebook or Twitter. We'd be happy to hear from you and get things sorted for you asap." I've emailed about 5 times and never get a response! There is no Live chat! There is no Facebook!

Just feels like an utter scam.

$80NZD is what I've been trying to withdraw
Previously tried to withdraw $200NZD but became a hassle and of course I spent some more of it

i believe Support has given you the time frame for your withdrawal to be processed
but they are still waiting for you to send them the BSB number so they can start the process

I sent the BSB number after it was requested.
Sent again after a further email and it appears this has been resolved. Thanks
