On the 11th of Jan, I got an email saying need id. I sent all IDs I have, bank statements, government letters, and birth certificate, but no photo id. It continued to let me deposit and play and when I tried to withdraw it won't let me, but is asking for an id.

Yet they have ignored me all week since the 12th.. and I've been on live chat since 11 this morning with not 1 reply or 1 email back as I have sent several emails, I have sent all forms of id, I have won 325 and it won't give me. it shouldn't let me deposit it wasn't going to let me withdraw.

They asked for proof of name. I have to give that and it asked for proof of bank card which I used once on site but it's my old bank I have closed it and only deposit via trusty. Now using the online banking of my other account I have said all this in the email.

Hi

as notified by Support we are missing proof of credit card*2019. As you replied you don't have that card anymore they requested you send in a bank statement as proof of that transaction

once we get that from you we can start the process

Well i explained all this and when i go to withdraq its only asking for proof of name apparently that side as been sorted i didnt deposit of that method to win off so i dont understand that was deleted over week ago when i shut account down as i didnt need it just looking for a way to not pay out i have sent more than enough informstion. In no one barely replied been on live chat 3 days

So this is onw joke surely i give up dont even want the winnings will be sticking to my normal site and will be informing people of the awful experience i really enjoyed the games ect but customer service is practicaly non existant dont know why life chat exsits no one replys and email now and again

Still being ignored. I will not be using this site again.. absolute waist of your time games ect brill but when it comes to paying out over 1000 comments on facebook page saying the same thing they dont pay out they hold of and hold of and drag it out using every excuse possible but take your deposits.. well i will be making all freinds and family and strangers aware of the problems ive had with this site and poor customer service. Thanks for a complete waist of my time :)

I already have its not asking for thst now its asking for the name still even tho council tax letter and birth certificate sbeem sent in i dont want the money now wont use the site again

the council bill you uploaded was out of date so has been rejected, please provide the newest one
we also still need the bank statement for credit card ending in 2019 showing your deposit to our casino.

Your a lier. Its all been sent in and customer service are yet to reply ive asked if was al sorted get ignored worst site ever been on for customer service good games such a shame i dont want to use the service no more just want people to know use are con men.
