On the 11th of Jan, I got an email saying need id. I sent all IDs I have, bank statements, government letters, and birth certificate, but no photo id. It continued to let me deposit and play and when I tried to withdraw it won't let me, but is asking for an id.
Yet they have ignored me all week since the 12th.. and I've been on live chat since 11 this morning with not 1 reply or 1 email back as I have sent several emails, I have sent all forms of id, I have won 325 and it won't give me. it shouldn't let me deposit it wasn't going to let me withdraw.
They asked for proof of name. I have to give that and it asked for proof of bank card which I used once on site but it's my old bank I have closed it and only deposit via trusty. Now using the online banking of my other account I have said all this in the email.
