PlayOJO Casino - Account locked until I speak to support; chat not working

I have been with PlayOJO for a while and never really had any issues with them until now. I will recently playing a slot when all of sudden my account locked up with a pop up coming up whenever I click on anything on the website - ranging from trying to play games, to withdrawing funds - everything is blocked. I try to start this chat but it seems frozen - I can write messages but I never receive a response and its been days. I have sent several emails to PlayOJO but have not received any response.

I'm extremely confused by the whole situation and want the matter resolved. I've never had an issue with contact from PlayOJO so im perplexed as to why I have had 0 contact from them now.

I have tried to attach pictures to this complaint but it will not allow me for some reason. Can send these upon request

Hi

The pop up you got was for a safer gambling chat which i see you had today with one of our Safer gambling Team
And you are able to now use your account again correct ?
