Playamo Casino - Can't make a withdrawal

Hello everyone,

I have a problem with playamo casino. At first they cancelled my withdrawal requests 4000€ and 1000€ saying that user cancelled then i contacted support team and they told me that credit card information are incorrect but i made a few deposits from that card and it saved the information. Than i deleted the credit card info so i could enter the credit card info again .. and it doesnt appeared anymore in payment method selection .. now the only available payment method is paysafecard which have 250€ limit .. i contact the support team and they blocked me i cant reach to them anymore .. i dont know whats going on i want to make a cashout on my bank transfer .. i have 5000€ on my acc and its annoying .. i made a deposits normaly now when i want to cashout they dont respond

Hello everyone its me again..
I have to say that few hours after the complain is made , the casino has been respond to me and told me that bank transfer payment method is available .. i didnt know that i never made a cashout on a bank transfer ... its my first time here on playamo so i made a cashout 4000€ and they accepted so now im just waiting if money will arive.

Hello everyone its me Hasan996...
i received the money from both cashouts
First 4000e and second 1000e on bank transfer .. the money was on my bank account in a same day .. i have to say that was quick .. in the begining was problem with payment method which was solved the same day .. i was worried and paranoid in the begining when chat support team didnt help at all i was lost i didnt know what to do .. later i get the email from playamo which gave me advice to cashout on bank transfer and i did it .. after that everything was fine and i have to compliment playamo for quick response and money receive to bank account.. i have to thank askgamblers for quick response and support they was giving me all the time ... my only bad experience with playamo was with chat support team i have to say that they are unprofessional not kind at all they are not responding and similiar .. everything other is great i will continue to play here for now and i recomended playamo to the few friends .. my experience wasnt that bad i hope for everyone that will find the solutions .. thank you askgamblers once again .. have a nice day
