Hi there

I withdrew money on the 1st of May (Monday) which was a total of £1.037.00

My documents were verified the next day on the 2nd (Tuesday) I was told that day my winnings will be fully processed the next day and it is now Friday the 5th of May and still nothing,

I have also had to pay an additional fee of my winnings for my withdrawal which for this wait time for my withdrawal doesn't seem fair.

We understand that waiting for your funds to become available can be frustrating and we would like to apologize for any inconvenience caused.

Upon checking, we are pleased to inform you that your withdrawals have been processed from our end on the 7th of May. The funds should be reaching your bank account within 1-8 business days, depending on your bank's processing time.

While we make every effort to ensure that payments are processed promptly, exceptions can occur and processing times may be longer than usual. However, we want to assure you that this is a rare occurrence. We take any such delays very seriously and we are actively working to prevent this from happening again in the future.

Furthermore, regarding the 1.5% fee, as stated in our Terms and Conditions, this is only charged for withdrawals of 500 GBP or more to cover transaction costs.

We greatly appreciate your understanding and patience throughout this process.
