more than 2 weeks have already passed and still no resolution to my request for withdrawal, and I find that it greatly exceeds the deadlines you indicate for the means of deposit and withdrawal.
Since no concrete answer and no deadline indicated which I find abnormal since until all the other transactions have been made within very respectable deadlines via the same operator.
Having contacted my payment operator, they informed me that no trace of a transaction with the date and the amount is recorded in their system.
