Many years ago I had an account on Melbet but I forget everything about it. Then I decide to bet again but I didn't use my previous phone or email so I don't remember the password. So I open another account. After that, I start betting for months. I ask online support if this is a problem I had another account before by my name and many time passed since deactivated. They answer you can merge your account. So I thought there is no problem and I keep betting until I wanted to withdraw money. They ask documents and I gave them all but they just remove all the money I gain over months and told me you had another account. I thought they are merging my account with the very old account but they lied.
Askgamblers is my last hope. I hope they give me my money back. That was about 1800$ (I'm not sure because they remove my balance).
