Title: Terrible Experience – Account Blocked, No Help, Funds Stuck!


I’m writing this after days of frustration. My Melbet account was suddenly blocked without warning, and since then I’ve been in an endless loop with their Security Department.


I submitted everything they asked for:


My original e-Aadhaar in PDF format (downloaded from UIDAI),


A selfie holding my Aadhaar + screen showing email conversation,


Clarified that deposits were made by a friend (with bank statement ready),


Even provided UPI ID details and the friend’s ID proof when asked.



Despite all this, I’ve received nothing but copy-paste replies saying “your documents are being checked.” I’ve followed up over 10 times in the last 4 days. Still no progress. They ignore follow-up mails and never give a clear timeline.


Over ₹10,000 is stuck in my account — money I worked for — and I’ve missed multiple opportunities and matches that could have recovered or grown my balance. This delay has mentally drained me, and the complete lack of transparency or accountability is shocking.


Melbet should not treat genuine users like this. If the Security Team won’t respond, regular support should escalate it — but even they say, “We can’t help, wait.”


This isn’t just poor service — it’s a sign of a broken system.

I am now preparing to take this forward with consumer forums, financial complaints, and public media if I don’t get a proper response.


To anyone thinking of using Melbet — be careful. If they can lock you out and hold your money with no reason, they can do it to anyone.
