I made account on melbet, deposited 10400 and tried to withdraw my money.

They blocked my withdrawal and asked for documents. I gave every document, then they said we investigating your money.

And also, I am unable to use my account.

Please help me to get money from melbet. Please it is urgent request, please help me to recover my withdrawal.
