Dear AG teams, I made deposit to my Melbet casino account 10 days ago on 01/06/2021 and the total 37.813367 XRP has not been credited to my account. I have contacted chat support, and they told me to wait 24 hours and then to email their accounts department at [email protected]. I waited 24 hours and emailed the account's address with my proof of deposit but I have not received a reply from them. I have also tried to contact live chat support again and I do not get a reply in the chat - they do not respond in the live chat.
I have attached proof of my deposit and emails.
