I requested a withdrawal of 1000$ on dec 15th using muchbetter. I put my account on timeout as I wanted to ensure I didn’t reverse it.
According to their terms the withdrawal should have been processed on the 17th. I contacted them on the 18th for an update.
I was told there was a technical issue with my withdrawal.
They did not contact me.
This is the second time I’ve had a withdrawal “error” at this website.
I’ve made numerous attempts to contact them and am constantly told they need to contact their “payment team”.
I can’t reverse this withdrawal or do anything with the funds. I can’t even see them anywhere.
At this point I’m being told the “holidays may make cases take longer”. Still haven’t gotten a reason or a timeframe or anything.
I got the funds back in account this morning and requested the withdrawal again.
Can we leave this open until they pay?

I have reviewed your account history and can confirm you did request another withdrawal once the money was returned to your account. However, this withdrawal was later cancelled by you. The remaining funds were then wagered on our games.
Seeing as the experience you have had is less than satisfactory, which i do apologize for, i am suggesting the following:
1. Set up a new wallet with ecoPayz: https://www.ecopayz.com/.
2. Make a minimum deposit of $10 to us.
This will allow you to withdraw through above mentioned payment method.
Once you have done this, contact our support and we will credit you the full amount of $1000 as a gesture of goodwill. We will then help you with your withdrawal and add any necessary limits/exclusions to make sure it is not cancelled again. The reason we are not crediting the amount now is to avoid it being wagered in the casino (seeing as you've previously set up timeouts to avoid this happening).
We are still working with muchbetter to resolve any issues that occur through this payment method and will make sure to update you on the matter once we have more information.
I apologize for the inconvenience caused and ask for your understanding in the matter.

So this did happen.
I spoke to support, they transferred the balance and helped me set up withdrawal. Offered to w/d full balance including ecopayz deposit.
Then he explained the limits, the timeout function, the exclusion process etc in a lot of detail.
I am a small depositer which makes this a really big deal to me.
