I deposited 50 euros on November 11th, took a 50% bonus, wagered it and made a 1k withdrawal the same day. It's been 3 days my withdrawal is still not processed, not getting any info from support on what the issue is. My account is verified here and I have 5-6 previous withdrawals here, all paid in less than 24 hours. They are clearly stalling the payment and I need help to get my winnings.
