I played with my first deposit bonus. I deposited $250, received a bonus of $250, and luckily it was $2841, so I applied for withdrawal.
While proceeding with KYC, I was suddenly told that my account was closed and I could not log in to the casino. The reason is bonus abuses. It's my first deposit and I haven't used the bonus many times. I think it's a problem to get rid of a player who happens to win like this.
The full amount has been withdrawn and the issue has been resolved.
