I have withdrawn €11203.24 but it is held as pending, the problem arises in that the chat support cannot give a timescale in which the funds will be released.

To clarify I have not played any sports bets only casino slots. I will keep you updated as I have asked why my withdrawal amounts have been reduced and am connected on chat with Graham which seems to be the person others who have raised complaints have conversed with.

To clarify the issue of the withdrawal amounts being reduced from my original withdrawal: the pending withdrawals amount fluctuates depending on the current price of BTC going both up and down. Unfortunately I have still not heard anything and my withdrawals are still showing as pending.

I have had a message stating I have multiple accounts see screenshot...this is a scam I only have this account and have only played the slots I can provide evidence via BTC transactions, bank statements, IP logs etc.. I have one username and one password. I have received a reply from both sunseven-nv and ANTILLEPHONE N.V. the casino license holders that are associated with kineko.com and both deny them as being licensed by them (so who is the license with, ask gamblers page for kineko.com has sunseven-nv listed) I won on the site fair and square they have refused to pay and are claiming I have multiple accounts and they have proof. Do not play on this site it is a SCAM!!!! I am livid even offering to negotiate a settlement amount if they cannot afford to pay the full winnings. Having read so many complaints about this site let's finally thoroughly investigate them, their licences and their patterns of practices in denying withdrawals to stop anyone else being scammed by their operation. I shall be informing each casino game operator i.e. pragmatic play, betsoft etc... I understand from another player that they provide convincing evidence of player abuse or malpractice which is obviously fake and that this evidence is denied to the player. It will be important that as many affiliates are also informed of their license issues and malpractice. Hope this all makes sense, am writing this whilst still very upset
