KatsuBet Casino - Withdrawal methods unavailable

Hi, My name is < personal information removed >

I am submitting this complaint as I am unable to withdraw my winnings from Katsubet Casino.

They have expressed to me that the option to withdraw my winnings back onto my visa/debit card is not an option that is available.

Katsubet support staff recommended that I use the following options:

Skrill

MiFinity

EccoPayz

I attempted to withdraw my winnings using all of these options which were 'unavailable' to me as reasons stated below:

1. Skrill - I can't access it on their site as a withdrawal method (screenshot supplied showing only 'highlighted' methods are accessible for withdrawals)

2. MiFinity - I opened a MiFinity account but cannot add New Zealand or New Zealand dollars in the 'add bank account' section - ( screenshot supplied where they - MiFinity - are stating that New Zealand 'does not exist'

3. EcoPayz - there is No option to choose EcoPayz as a withdrawal method in the withdrawal area of Katsubet casino. (screenshots supplied showing accessible methods of withdrawal and EcoPayz is not even listed.

4. Screenshot supplied as proof of money in my Katsubet Casino account that is available to be withdrawn, but they have no way for me to withdraw it.

5. I repeatedly asked that my withdrawal be paid onto my visa debit card but have continuously been told that I need to use one of the aforementioned methods of withdrawal.


Please help me, as I am at a loss as to how to withdraw my winnings.

1. I have received emails asking for my bank details - i have supplied everything that Katsubet has asked for.

2. I have now been asked to acknowledge the exchange rate from USD to NZD - I have acknowledged and accepted the exchange rate.

3. I have now been asked to set NZD as my default currency at Katsubet Casino site so they may make the transfer to my bank in NZD - I have followed their link and reset my default currency to NZD

4. I have not received an update as yet.

It's been 4 days now since I supplied all my banking details to Katsubet casino, and although I have asked for an approximate time frame as to when my withdrawal will be released to my bank account, I still have not received anything other than email asking me to 'patiently wait' .... I am unsure as to what the hold up could possibly be when everything Katsubet has asked me for has been supplied to them by me. :(

my balance is still sitting in my Katsubet casino account,
no new emails from Katsubet as to update on my withdrawal being released.
there is no 'pending' or any other information on my Katsubet casino account indicating that my withdrawal is being processed.
It is almost 2 weeks now since I first attempted to withdraw my balance and I am very disappointed :(
Katsubet is supposedly an Australian casino - as can be seen in the search bar at top of screenshots.
Why then, is it taking so long ? Australia and New Zealand are neighbour countries to each other .

Hi,
I am curious as to why it seems to be taking so long to process my withdrawal.
I have supplied all relevant information that Katsubet has requested so that they are able to make a bank transfer of my account funds through to my bank.
Each time I have requested a time frame, none has been given. :(

It has been 6 days now since I supplied ALL of my banking details that Katsubet Financial Operations requested.
and 6 days since My details were acknowledged as being received by Katsubet Financial Operations.
6 days since I agreed to the conversion rate from USD to NZD
How much longer do I need to wait ?
