I made 2 withdrawals with Jackpot City, one on the 4th of March and one on the 7th and I have received no further updates from Jackpot City.
Continuously I have been told “it’s with operations” or to wait 48-72 hours - unfortunately after 2 weeks, there’s still no update.
If I could have some help with this that would be amazing,
My account is fully verified, etc, and support has told me they don’t need anything on my end and to simply wait.
This whole issue has caused me so much anxiety and pain, I just want this nightmare to end.
Please. I’ve been begging the universe for help and I swear nothing has helped.
