Jackpot City Casino - Payment not received in my account

Payment has said it's been processed and paid. Withdrawal process started 31st July. Payment made 6th August to bank account. I have not recieved it and bank has asked to go back to payer (jackpot city) who fails to respond. I have attached screenshots of jackpot city stating it's paid, a screenshot of bank account transactions for the $1500 saying I haven't got any, screenshot of bank saying to go to the payer to find out where it is.
