I made a account at Jackpot city Online Casino and they didnt accept the 39#B for my adress so I used only 39 wich is the adress of my owner and they have no problem with it and I even tell that to an agent to explain that it didnt works. Same issue happened with my French name because of the é or the - between my 2 last names so I had to put only one wich I did explain to the guy and he told me its ok since I got all proofs thats its the same person. So everything was fine after that. They asked me all this infos : · Clear Proof of Address (Full name, Full Address, Company Header/Markings, Issued Date, not older than 6 months) such as a Bank statement/Utility Bill.
Proof of Funds (Deposits made via Rebilly -Official Bank Statement displaying transactions made into casino account).
Proof of Ownership of Interac account. In this case we will need a PDF bank statement that shows transactions being made with the Interac account in order to make sure it does belong to you.
Which I sent over 10 times and I took pictures of the emails I received from them telling me they received the documents and I even took a picture from the chat I was having with the agent when he told me he sees all documents were sent.
So the problem is they keeps asking me for those documents over and over again always with the same sentences like it was a bot sending it automatically. Probably because they don't want to pay me the 600$ I won I don't know but this is completely ridiculous. Help me out please
