I self exclude my self on the 18 of December and my account was close however they were sending me email and they gave me a prize for 25 euros I ask the account to be reopen and it was open within 5 minutes I deposit 450 pounds aprox. I ask for refund as was allow to reopen my account but they said no that they opened because I ask ? They should say no as I was self excluded ! But now they don't want to give me my money back !!
