I submitted another withdrawal request on 05.01.2025 after my last three requests were completed. These are also only processed after repeated requests and delays.
I have currently been waiting for my payouts since 05.01.2025 and for my other payout requests since 15.01.
I always get the same standard reply that the requests will be processed as quickly as possible and that the payout is secure.
You have already said this several times but nothing has happened.
I have also written an official complaint to the casino and asked for a solution so that I don't have to file a complaint with AskGamblers, but I see no success there and am now contacting Ask Gamblers directly.
Please make sure that I get my payouts.
