Withdrawal was approved on the 7/7 but still waiting 8 days later to receive my winnings. I have had numerous conversation with customer support who advised me its delayed due to Worldpay having major problems. I have since spoken to Worldpay and other casinos who use Worldpay and all confirm there is no current issues. It feels like they are purposely holding back my withdrawal
Hi, This issue has now been resolved, Money reached my account this morning.
