My withdrawal was processed on 28 th march in two parts.. First was Rs 14000 and second one was Rs 16000... The first withdrawal of Rs 14000 was credited in 9 days and Second amount of Rs 16000 is not received yet. I have been following up with royal panda on regular basis. Initially I was told to wait till 11th April and now again they are telling me to wait till 22nd April. Instead it should have been transferred within 5 days. I don't know how they are surviving with such a slow service... kindly help me out with this issue... thank you.

We’ve checked it for you and we’d like to confirm that your withdrawals of INR 14,000 and INR 16,000 were processed on our side on the 28th March. Before the funds are transferred to your bank account, the transactions need to be confirmed by the payment provider first. Our payment provider has notified us that your missing withdrawal of INR 16,000 was processed on their end on the 4th April.
The funds are usually credited to the bank account within 1-5 working days from the moment we’ve processed the withdrawal on our end. From the time the withdrawal has been processed on our and our provider’s side, it depends on how fast the particular bank credits the funds.
As you’ve provided our customer service with your bank statement regarding your missing withdrawal, we’ve forwarded your case to our payments provider for further investigation. We’d like to assure you that we’re doing our best to locate your funds and we’ll get back to you as soon as we have received the reply regarding your withdrawal. We’ve noticed that our customer service informed you about the timeframe of 1-3 days yesterday, therefore we kindly ask you for patience and apologize for any inconvenience caused.

As per the mail received from Askgambler... Issue is not resolved.
Now royal panda wants to charge me for my money because they need to trace my transaction... It's already more than a month and now they say Rs. 10000 will deducted from my account If I want royal panda to trace my transaction... I mean wow really.
Royal panda stop playing with your customers. Be straight if you don't want to pay.
Ask gambler should rate it 1 star as payouts are not possible when you play on royal panda.

If you say you started recalling money 3 may then today is 24 that may and I don't think there is any process in banking which take so much time. It's just passing of time and making fool of people
