confiscated balance and account closure without explanations

Hi there, all the players, the members of AskGamblers, and Bettilt guys.

I'm an online blackjack player from Tokyo/Japan, and today I post this message here because my account holding 43k+ USD has been locked permanently.

I started playing in Bettilt since this April, and at first, my bet and winnings were very small. but no problem in depositing, and also withdrawing in those days.

But soon after I got a big winning more than 26,000 USD April 25 or 26, their payment had got so slow.
On April 29, they suddenly blocked my account and in response to my asking, they said it's just technical problem, and it was unlocked on the next day.
My second big wining came on May 4 or 5, won 10,000 and my balance was almost 35000 at that time, and they blocked me again.

They said they want to ask the provider to check my play and said need time to do that.
And after 3 or 4 days, my account was unlocked.

And on May 15, I won about 10,000USD again, and they blocked again. They said it's because my balance was too big.
I had at least 38k USD at that time, and my winning had continued and it's become 43k+ as of today.


And on May 27, they blocked my account permanently and gave me a message saying my play is violating thier rule #4.2
(#4.2 can be seen only Japanese version rules and conditions. Almost saying players cannot use specific software or technical tools to support their play.
And if players use it and confirmed that they have advantages with such tools and software, they can ban the players' account)

Totally, as of today, they blocked my account, I have received their withdrawal 5k only, because of their slow payment and the limitation 2k USD per day


But I'm really not sure what kind of my play violated the rules. I was playing Evolution Blackjack normally, with my phone and desktop. Actually I used the basic strategy beside my computers and sometimes I got unbelievable winning. but it's just results. not cheating.
Online support said it's something like counting or whatever, but I was playing 8 decks blackjack so counting doesn't make sense as you know.
Furthermore, they said they are ready to pay 10k before they close my account. not 43k. It's weird. Why not confiscate everything? why they will give me 10k? I'm not sure why they said this, but I guess they implicitly threatened me not to open this case to the public.

In addition, this is true that they unlocked me 3 times. I think it means that I passed their and the provider's play investigations and they might consider that I'm not a bad player, at least until yesterday.

Now I feel they just don't want to pay my balance and add some 'good' reasons intentionally to block my account and avoid payment to me.
I can't believe that.



All that I want to resolve posting this message is:
1. I want to get back my balance as much as possible, even if it's not 100%.
2. I want to know what was the reason they banned my account. How I violate the rules.
3. I want all online players to feel at ease when he or she gets a big winning in online casinos until cash out after we fix this problem. Of course,e I'll report what's going on here in every progressing.

To Bettilt casino, I hope we can talk about this case again.

At first, the page showed that they have loss-limit and bit-limit features in their website, but actually they didn't have. I pointed it out, but they get mad at it and it was made one of the reasons of this case.

I feel that the support team speaking Japanese worked very well, but couldn't change the headquarters' decision.
