I have previously won at cleopatra casino and requested cashouts to my card..wich worked fine. Now i have had my cashouts rejected and told the "payment system" is rejecting it and make a request via bank transfer. 1. This is unfair as i do not want to use that method..and 2. The minimum withdrawel is 500...and i only want to withdraw 400. Why ahould have to deposit another 100 to withdraw via a metbod i had no say in changing. I just want my mo ey sent to my card.. like.it has been dome previously.

we are sorry for these inconveniences, our support team gave you the correct information. The withdrawal to this card is blocked by the payment system and cannot be processed. Previously the withdrawals were made to another card of yours.
Therefore, we asked you to use bank transfer method instead, where you would have to deposit and then withdraw both the deposit and the win, this is what can be done in this situation. Unfortunately, the bank transfer limit cannot be decreased, We hope for your understanding!
