My KYC is late - 5 working days they said to me has already expired.
It seems to be a big company where each attendant has autonomy to tell and make different things and the process becomes slower and more confuse. Attendants are giving automatic answers to me at all time and my money is there since last month when I created my account. I wish you could help me, otherwise I'll have to provide others methods to solve my problem.
Looks like to be a serious company but they are getting me nervous.

The problem with Betmaster was already solved and was the same problem. Now I'm talking about Casinoin where my account was not verified yet since last month!!!!
