The Casinodays user name ssdh22. I made withdraw 1600inr with 26 may. Still not received.

I email several times and I attached bank statement also. Casinodays reply only deposit successful already paid. Not received single rupee.

I asked my bank bank customer executive want transaction reference number. Casinodays not provide reference number.

Still not received my money.

Please I made withdraw just 1600inr cheating me. No one trust Casinodays.

Unfortunately, due to a mistake made on your end while entering your bank account number (instead of using BA**0872 the withdrawal has been requested from your side to BA**0871)we have processed and sent the funds to the Bank Account you have used upon request. And in addition, the Payment Provider confirmed that the funds were sent successfully to BS**0871.

However, since we value your business and we want to continue cooperating, as a gesture of goodwill and generosity, we have manually credited the withdrawn amount back to your playing account.

Thank you you are so good. The mistake made your payment provider. Your team was so good investigation this issue. The amount was returning my player account. Problem solved .trust casinodays.
