Dear Askgamblers Team

I requested a withdrawal of 40000₹ on 04/10/2023 and my withdrawal Casino days marked my withdrawal "Completed" without sending the amount.

After waiting for 4 Days amount not credited to my bank account while I am regular and old player on their site and never faced any withdrawal delay issue but this time they have scammed me of 40000₹ they have not sent my amount and when I asked the proof of my withdrawal Completion then they neglected me to give the proof that's why I am unable to investigate with my bank.

I need your help so that I could get my withdrawal and Casino days could learn a lesson.

There was no Bonus/Promotion applied and I played and won with my real deposited money of 20000₹.Their Customer support talking very rudely and without proper reply they closing chat again & again which is too much frustrating.

When I am asking for the payment proof then they are simply ignoring me and closing the chat. You can see the chat how they behave with me even I am old player and deposit regularly. This Casino is worst and can do fraud with old player too. Kindly help me in getting my fund.
