Its 16th-day withdrawal is not received by me.

Amount is 89500

They are not paying after continuous reminders.

The VIP manager is Sanjay. Her senior called me on Tuesday and promised to pay the amount by the 21st of Feb.

I have shared my bank statement, but nothing happened. They are making me a fool every day. Finally, they didn't pay me.

The senior manager promised to add the amount to the casino but she has also made fake promises.

They are fake people or scammers,

I don't know, but I'm done with these guys, sent them 300 emails, but no solution they provided to me to date.

Kindly help me they are not paying my withdrawal which is 89500 inr and not even replying on chat.

I have sent them bank statement upto 21st of feb.

But no response from their end on my withdrawal

Today is 25th of feb ,but there is no reply from their end on my withdrawal. I am continuously asking them to add my fund in my account if you can not give my withdrawal.

But nothing happened till date.
Kindly help to resolve

This was last time today I have spoken to these people I have given them ,from 7feb to 26 feb bank. statement to these guys ,but they didn't even answer the mail and her senior manager left the work without adding fund to my account.these people's are sick and do not have any authority to help customers. My 90k amount they have taken away.i suggest I have lost my money and suggesting all people whoever is reading my comments don't add a single money here.

It was my last day to chat with these guys ,I m done with these guys .and final outcome is they don't want to give my money and can't even add the same amount with 2x wagering. Finally they scammed me.

Senior manager has also created me.
