On 24th March I have deposited 3000 INR in my Bons casino account. The amount was pending but my money was deducted from my account that time itself. I emailed the support team of the Bons casino but I wasn't able to rectify the issue. In mail reply the customer team of Bons stated that they had not received any money from their payment provider. I have shared all the required screenshot regarding this issue please go through it and help me out from this situation.

Dear Bons casino, as I deposited 3000 rs on 24th day , my amount deducted from my account, your customer support team telling that they have not received the amount. And they asked me to check with my bank for refund. How it is possible ? The amount is already deducted from my bank account.

This complaint has been reopened as per the submitter's request and the AskGamblers Complaint Team would like to give it one more try and help both parties involved in the dispute reach a satisfactory resolution.
Till now no response from Bons casino team. After giving a lot of proof of deposit from my site, the Bons casino team is quite now. Seems like they are doing fraud with me . I would like to request the askgambler team to resolve it.
Till now no response given by the Bons casino team. They cheats like that . I will request everyone not to deposit a single rupee in this casino.
