Hi. I have issue with this casino. I was new player at this casino and was registered and do deposit VIA CRYPTO 145.8 USDT and get bonus same amount. Wager was x40. I played and win over 4k USDT and then I play to finish wager and left was 2600 USDT what available to cashout. I requested withdrawal 2600 USDT. After 1h was rejected and asked for KYC I uploaded all that was asked and via chat told all good and u can withdraw request again. I was doing this and again was cancelled and asked again in email: Dear Kaspars,


For additional verification of your account, we would ask you to upload the following documents:

1) a document (or documents) showing the flow of funds on the account (the last 3 months) that you have used in our casino. It can be a PDF bank statement, e-wallet statement for the last 3 months. We need to see all transactions made by using these bank / e-wallet accounts (not only the deposits to our casino).

2) a document (or documents) showing the source of your income which used for depositing in our casino during the last 3 months.

For example: 3 months salary slips, proof of business ownership with the cashflow, selling a property, an inheritance payment, or a divorce settlement, etc.

I was uploaded from Binance transaction screenshot. I don't know what more they wanna from me.

If people win money and depo made even small amount they ask many < content removed >

Also they lock my acc temporally by administrator at chat told agent as they won't do that. What? what reason to close ACC to not get access?

I want my win money. First casino who do like this.

Update. I get email from them again.
If carefully read what they asked we can see they asked:
Dear Kaspars,

We would like to ask you, to kindly upload the document that will prove the ownership of your crypto account that was used for deposits in form of a document or a screenshot
You can do that by generating a statement from your cryptocurrency account, exchange, or wallet, ideally showing your name

So I was generated statement as asked and hidden other info what they not asked and for also my account security purposes. In doc what I upload can see my full name even address and wihrawal casino wallet with TXID and amount and TXID . And Also I provided my depo address from binance what was also inserted to casino for withdrawal 2600 USDT ERC20

Dear All,

We have analysed this complaint and would like to clarify the points mentioned:

- In the middle of March our internal systems identified suspicious activities in the account. Following that, we requested documents from the player to prove he was the rightful owner of the crypto wallet used to deposit in our Casino. This is a standard process and the account was temporarily closed pending further documents from the player.

- The player didn’t submit the full requirements which is why the player’s next withdrawal attempt was canceled. Our team asked for specific documents which the player was unable to provide and the player was then advised regarding the required documents needed for further checking.

- As of this moment, we have requested further documents to be checked and verified by our team. We’ll be able to update the case as soon as this happens.

U was asked again new things. Stop asked new things I was shared its my acc as u can see all screenshots I was sended. UID BINANCE told to me to not share for security reasons and u not need UID to know. U was asked check previously email :

FULL NAME U WAS ASKED !!! DONT make new things all time. ALL was provided even u can see your casino wallet and even TXID whats is important. and what supicios activity can be from crypto with that small amount You are funny guys. U try to scam customers.

Please send all step by step tutorial from binance I will do without UID all other info will be provided. What also U not see I send screenshots from all things even from transactions official binance page u kidding ?

U CAN SEE THERE IS PROFF YOUR WALLET AND TXID WITH AMOUNT I WAS SENDED! Now proof u can pay my 2600 USDT !

They asked to me provide cashout sum and wallet. Then said it was mistake . I provided all and last time information next I would ASKGAMBLER TAKE ACTION and made decision as I thing too much evidence I provided and all proofs !!!
They are waste of time and try not pay money what win.

Dear all,

We can confirm the player has now successfully provided all required documents.

With these documents being reviewed and verified; the withdrawal request will now be processed manually for the player however, the account will remain closed as per the Casino administration decision.

The player will be notified via email as soon as the funds have been processed.
