Hey AskGamblers,

I did request my first withdraw 16.4, waited that documents were approved and i got verify phone call aswell --> Account was completely verified.
First they declined my withdraw ; Reason was : Wrong withdraw method, i asked them and they said need to be withdrawed to skrill. Well i did withdraw again 500e each transaction Total of 5500€ , i got those cancelled again after couple days, Reason was : Wrong skrill email, doesnt match with bettilt account email, how is that even possible that email should match with skrill and account, those can be totally different. Well sended them message, and they said they update my profile that there is same email as account and skrill.. made again those same withdraws.. well now i got cancelled again without any reason even. I think they are just trying to make me play my money and leave without nothing, support allways saying "prosessing time is up to 72hrs" well allways i need to wait that before they decline withdraws again. i have waited totally 17 days now, without getting any single withdraw. Please Askgamblers help me with these.

I got finally 1 x 500e approved, and all other pending ones are declined, i made new withdraw request 2 days ago and nothing happens.. my username is : < username removed >

I got that 1 x 500 like i told before, now i waited again 3 days and they cancelled pending withdraw without any notification. Now i made new withdraw 500e amount again, it will probably take 3 days before they either pay or reject it, i did ask reason i got answer "As verified your withdrawal was canceled due to incorrect data" Funny thing that i use exactly same details like i did on that withdraw which you approved allready. why these are cancelled allthe time ? To be honest, withdrawing 5500€ it cannot take over 3 weeks to get, well i think in that situation more than 3 weeks cause max 500e / 3 days, if cancelled even longer.

We confirm that there were some withdrawals rejected since the system couldn't validate with success the data of it. Please note that the responsibility of the input of data is from the customer part. The maximum time for processing a withdrawal request is 3 days, if the data is correct, the request will be processed with success like the one requested on the 2020-05-07 was.

"Please note that the responsibility of the input of data is from the customer part" Thats really funny thing, i have everytime did all things same way, 2 times now got approved withdraw and 3 times declined, how it can be customers fault if details are exactly same allways.
Dear Askgamblers, i have got 2 x 500e out now, during 1 month. Tomorrow should come next 500€ lets see what happens. ill update.
