Hello! I registered and played with bonus on Bettilt casino, cleared wagering and ended up with 1360 euros. I uploaded all the necessary documents for KYC and did verification call also so my account is verified. I did my deposit with VISA card and tried to do withdrawal 3 times with this method but they canceled all of them!
First they told i entered card info wrong and canceled payment, I tried second time and they canceled it again and told that i cant withdrawal more than 1000e in 1 time + card info is wrong. Third time they told again that my card number is wrong but it cant be because i checked its right so many times. After all of this i went to chat and they told I can try withdrawal with bank transfer, I did 2 withdrawals 900e + 460e. Three days later I got email and they told I cant do withdrawal with bank transfer if used credit card for deposit ! Why chat is telling me to do withdrawal with bank transfer if its not allowed?
I hope this case will be solved.
