Hello Askgamblers I want to warn players about a fraudulent Ballersbet casino scheme. This is a dishonest casino, asks for documents, then they take a long time to review them, reject them, request more and so on in a circle, until the time for verification expires, they give it only one week, and they do not say the reason why they reject the documents.
In my case, I won 900 euros, won in roulette, did not use bonuses, did not break the rules. The casino requested the documents, I uploaded them, and then everything happened according to the scenario I described above. The casino rejected all my documents without explanation, I uploaded new documents after that, but when a week passed, they just blocked my account. They were just waiting for one week to expire.
This is a scam i ask Askgamblers to help in this case.

The fraud team at Ballersbet had detected a forged document submitted with your selfie as part of Ballersbet withdrawal KYC process. Further you were informed about it, but you failed to rectify the situation. Therefore, the fraud team decided to close your account according to our Terms and Conditions, which are available for your reference.

Thank you for your reply, but there has been no notification from you regarding my documents that there is something wrong with them. If you have any proof, please provide it, because all the documents I sent you are original.

Hi Visish,

Thanks for being patient with us while the team was handling the background investigation. What we found that lead to not approving your withdrawal was the following:
Firstly we noticed that the picture provided for proof of ID both facial features such as skin markings as well as t-shirt worn are identical to that of the passport. Immediately raising concerns about fraudulent submissions.
Secondly, the borders of the document are uneven and show abnormal curves.
Further to that there is also concern regarding the possibilities of passport pages being digitally added onto the passport with the photo provided.

For these reasons the inconsistencies listed this does not meet the KYC protocol requirements & we have been advised that there are high concerns of fraudulent submission of KYC requests.

Would you be able to get Ballersbet a letter of authority for them to reach out to the government directly to do a verification check of your ID/Passport?

Please may you go ahead and send through a statement from the state register or a notarised copy of you passport as you have previously mentioned you can. Ballersbet would also require you to send through a letter that is from you, giving them permission to perform the checks they need to to confirm your documentation?

One week has passed and you still can't check a couple of documents, at the same time you give a week for checking according to your own rules, why do you set such deadlines if you can't meet them?

We are just waiting for the government to revert once they are done with the verification. We set deadlines on verifications performed by our team, in your case we have had to contact the government, which is not normal, so the time frame may be different to the ones that we usually work within.
Once we have the confirmation we will be in touch with you.
