I registered at this casino on 10/4/2023.
From 10/11/2023 I started checking the client’s identity!
The casino first required me to provide a copy of my internal national passport - I provided it!
Then they asked for an extract from the Skrill payment system - I provided it.
Next, the casino demanded to provide a photograph in which I was holding my passport in my hands next to my face against the backdrop of correspondence with the Security Service - I provided it.
Then the verification began to drag out - the support service began checking each document I sent for 2-3 days, and after that, they again began to demand new documents from me - photographs of paid receipts for utility services for one of the last 3 months at the place of registration - I provided,
I also provided a copy of my bank statement with my details!
After another 3 days, they asked me for a copy of my driver’s license - I provided it!
And after all this - they are silent again, obviously waiting for 3 days - since according to their rules, the process of checking documents takes up to three days!
