This casino has made me experience something I have NEVER experienced while gambling. I`ve gambled on online casinos for years now and have friends that do the same. None of them has had this happen to them.
I found this site due to Kongebonus. I registered and made a deposit with rapid transfer on the 15th of June, the funds were withdrawn from my bank account but never made it to my balance on 7bit. In the transaction history it just says "pending" on the funds(3 days) I asked the chat and they told me to wait for a day or two. last time i talked to them they said to send transaction id, i sent it and they told me they were gone contact me but it has never happend. they says diffferent things every time and they tell me im gone get contacted but i havent been.
I waited a couple of days and asked again, they told me to provide screenshots of my bank account and so on. I did everything they told me to. They said that they would contact me. I continued to ask them but the chat has not been helpful.
My 800 nok i have added and is taken from my account isnt in yet after 4 days
Now it`s been almost 4 days since I made the deposit, and I still have not seen one bit of the money I deposited. I asked to have the money refunded but nothing. They have not contacted me either. It honestly feels like they have just stolen the funds.
Talked to the support chat for 5 days in a row. They keep saying the same thin. they are gone contact me and i will hear from them. 5 days have gone buy and havent gotten 1 mail or anything from their support team saying they are looking into it or they are doing anything with it.
Needless to say, I`m never using this casino or their affiliates again.
