I have requested for my account to be closed multiple times. I have been told that only my VIP host can close the account. I have emailed my VIP host 4 times over the past 2 weeks without a response, I keep receiving a response from different hosts offering me deposit bonuses which I do not want. I want the account closed as this site is fraudulent and they're gaming software is rigged. There slots are set on a timing mechanism with the winning spins/bonuses being turned off during certain time intervals and hours which vary depending on the day of the week. I have recorded hours of my slot play which demonstrate this unfair gaming mechanism. However, my complaint is not about the unfair gaming but is about the denial to close my account after multiple requests to do so.
