Hello, have decided to try out 7bit casino which offers “instant” withdrawals. I have deposited and won from this casino, with no bonuses added & no wagering requirements - I had canceled both bonuses they offered before making a single bet so it was all my real money I was playing with.

My ID verification was all approved right away, and it's been 8 hours since I’ve been trying to request a cash out.

My first cash out was made at 7:49 am which you can see from the cash out. It was extremely difficult to reach a “representative” on chat, and even when I managed to do so it seems as if it’s all automated responses anyways. I’ve been told that my cash out is in queue to be processed and there is an issue with blockchain but what’s funny is that I’m not using blockchain for my withdrawal as my deposit and playing money was not made with crypto. It doesn’t make sense to me. Everything is verified and I can’t seem to get anyone to give me an idea of when my money will actually (if ever) be withdrawn as I requested.

I’m hoping that this will get me my money, as I won it fair and square and have read all terms and conditions for this casino prior to depositing! This is very frustrating, can’t seem to get anyone to talk to that isn’t automated!

I have attached screen shots of my withdrawal and that my documents were already approved. Don’t understand how the finance department can verify my identity so quick but not take 2 seconds to send me my money?!

Following a careful review and consideration of all the information, details and/or proof presented by the parties during the complaint process, the AskGamblers Complaint Team reached the conclusion that 7BitCasino management acted in accordance with their Terms and Conditions. Furthermore, the AskGamblers Complaint Team has reasonable grounds to suspect that the player might have been involved in committing potential fraudulent activities.

The AskGamblers Complaint Team maintains zero tolerance towards players trying to abuse our complaint service and not using it in a good faith. Therefore, we made the decision to impose a permanent ban on the player to use our services from now on.

Based on the abovementioned information, the AskGamblers Complaint Team considers this case resolved and it is now officially closed. Further assistance on the matter could be requested from the relevant regulatory body and/or appointed ADR entity.
