Unfortunately, the nature of these issues remains unclear, leaving me in a state of perpetual uncertainty.

Upon the support team's suggestion to use one of the alternative methods, I attempted to withdraw through Binance, only to discover that this avenue was also unavailable for fiat currency. Subsequently, I inquired about using the fiat-to-crypto converter on the platform, only to be informed that the feature is currently non-operational, with no specified timeline for resolution.
