I never got my deposits from July 22. At 9:20 am, the initial deposit of 56.63 sent ETH was made. The second deposit was made on July 22nd for 109.18 at 3:14 PM.
Given the fact that I've already contacted them six times over the past three days via chat and email, each time I do I receive the same response. “We apologize for current technical issues with deposits and withdrawal requests from Blockchain system. Our team is aware of the situation, and we are working on resolving the issue.”
I don't see why they can't just reimburse me or put the money into the account considering that this issue has been going on for the past three days. I've previously provided them with evidence of both transactions.
Although I have been a very devoted customer and have had enjoyable experiences with them, this particular problem makes me feel that this casino is unreliable.
I'm not sure what to do or where to go from here, so any assistance or information on what I should do to resolve this would be greatly appreciated.
