Hi everyone,

Yesterday I started to play in 7BitCasino. I got stuck in a game and won a small amount. So I requested a withdrawal. After that I was asked to verify, I did and so I requested my withdrawal again after verification.

The casino claims the withdrawal happens instantly, but I'm waiting now hours. I started to ask support for help, but they always give me automated responses, which really don't help much.

Can someone please look at this?

The disputed amount is 400€. Today they still asked me to wait and replying with the same replies, that I need still to wait.

It had been 64 hours now and still my withdrawal has not been approved. I'm losing my temper if this keeps going. This is not fair to players, as this leads to some people cancelling their request and lose the money again. I did not cancel my request, still waiting that my withdrawal gets approved.

This is issue is not resolved as I have been waiting 7 days for my withdrawal. 7bitcasino has in their description that they do a fast cashout, but this is not really true. 7 days is not fast. I'm sorry but this is taking a long time and instead of resolving the issue fast, you still give me the same automated response also here? Askgambler please I ask for support. I sent in all of my documents that they requested from me.

My amount isnt even that high and you have requested no further documents so far. You have all the documents you need, to process my withdrawal. And the support send me automated responses. Its always the same, that I need to wait and Im in the queue.
