I have been trying to withdraw my funds from the site for the past two weeks. Every time i tried to withdraw my funds the option is not available in the website ,I faced this issue in the beginning and they said it was a technical issue with their website, then it was alright for 3 days, after that the problem popped up back again, and ever since, i have been contacting them and their answer hasn’t changed for one week, which is the technical issue. And i asked for a time frame to solve it but they said there’s no timeline whatsoever.
Any help would be appreciated so much

Greetings! On February 6, 2021, the player initiated a withdrawal of funds, followed by a series of both denials and subsequent withdrawals. We maintain confidentiality regarding specific amounts. However, it is noteworthy that the player engaged in extensive gameplay and subsequently made additional fund withdrawals. The most recent withdrawal occurred on July 8, 2021, at 05:45:44.
