I have been playing at this casino for years and making deposits every day. Also I do take Place in the weekly casino bonus, which they offer to everyone who is joining. I have done this as usual also last week.
It looks like they had a technical issue, it didn’t show me I was taking place. I contacted support, they told me that they will check it and come back to me by mail.
Several days passed, The bonus ended yesterday but I never received an answer. The support just answered that I would get an email, but I never received it.
I deposited and wagered over 3000€ last week, sure I was gonna have a bonus of around 60-70€ at least, but they don’t care.
Poor customer support, especially for someone like me who plays only at this casino and makes deposits every day.
I won’t make aso any further deposits till they will really answer me.
