I made a lot of deposits with litecoin. During the month I bet on nhl and nba. Since I am a Canadian citizen and it is popular in our country. At first I lost a lot. Then I started to win a little bit. They were withdrawing my money within 5 minutes. When I started to win more often and my balance started to grow. They refused to pay me out. And they asked me to send documents to be verified. I sent them the documents promptly to pass the verification. But it turned out that they just do not want to pay out my money. But they stall time and constantly ask for some documents. But I sent them everything I can send! Help me please.
24.01 = they asked to send id card
I sent them!
24.01 = they asked to send selfies with monitor + id card
I sent them!
25.01=they said that the quality of the photo is bad (but it was great) and asked to make a new one

I sent them everything, but they refuse to pay my money. Reason: they want me to send them screenshots of the cryptocurrency wallet again. I sent them 3 times! They accepted them but they just ask me to send them each time! So they keep asking for the same thing.
They just don't want to pay out my money and that's it! They are constantly stalling and don't want to cooperate.
At the moment 09.04 my account is not blocked and I can place bets. But they do not want to pay out my winnings. I ask you to help me with this case. I want to believe that they are not scammers and are willing to cooperate. Thanks

I have sent enough documents to pass verification. They request new screenshots every time and stall for time. they don't want to verify the account and give back the money. it is also clear from the correspondence that when I send what they asked for, they ask for more = that is, they just come up with something new every time.
