The casino refused to close or block my account. See Appendix. This is how I kept losing money at the casino. 22bet has to specify exactly how much it was. I think it's around €900 which I lost again due to the casino refusing to close my account! I asked for the transaction list about 3 weeks ago. However, to this day I have not received it. I would like 22bet to refund the deposits I made after my request to close the account!

Hello, we are happy to provide clarification on this case. The player did not declare his addiction. First, he asked to close his account, and our support team directed him to the blocking post. Next, the account was closed due to addiction. The player also asked to reopen his account, where he was refused. The player did not deposit between the closure request and definite closure action.
