Now, this is really testing my patience. I have been following up since 17/12/2022 with the 22bet support team. You can see all my previous emails. I have provided all the necessary documents since 17/12/2022. I have been a loyal customer of 22bet for the last 3 years. This is the first time I am facing such an issue. Please don't delay the issue any longer and settle my money as soon as possible.
I did a withdrawal of RM7240 on 17/12/2022 but only RM1240 was banked into my Maybank account. There is a balance of RM6000 still pending to be banked into my Maybank account. Please bank the balance of RM6000 into my gaming account or Maybank account. After that I have done many transactions, and all are correct only the transaction on 17/12/2022 of RM7240 is the issue. Please solve this issue as soon as possible.
I am again providing my bank statement for December 2022 and January 2023 in PDF format as requested by the 22bet support team. My bank only provides monthly statements. Please solve this issue as soon as possible. Thank you.
