22bet Casino - Multiple withdraw denial of 500euros on 22bet

Hi,

I have opened an account at 22bet on the 20-10.2024. I have made quite some roulette bets and won. Today I want to withdraw my money and it keeps on being refused. The website and its support have been provided with all of my personal information and identification.

1. I have wired my first funds by credit card

2. then I tried to withdraw to this credit card and it was rejected as they stated it was not possible. However, It is the same method I used to deposit the original money.

3. I then opened a Binance account on their suggestion and rewired a small amount and placed a bet with that amount ( 10€ ). They told me this would then allow me to withdraw the rest of my funds to the Binance account. This is now being rejected again.

4. I wrote multiple times to their support and security team but the support cannot help me and they tall me to write to the security team, the latter do not answer.

I am trying to withdraw 500€. I give them the possibility to do this to my credit card, to my Binance wallet or by bank transfer.

I do not know what to do anymore. If none can help me that would be just amazing.
