After sending several dozen emails to support and security teams without being able to withdraw my money I am addressing you in the hopes you can find a solution to this problem. I have attached screenshots of the problems.
This is a summary:
-I deposited money through mastercard.
-My account was blocked and I was told I could withdraw the money (SCREENSHOT 0).
-The Mastercard option to withdraw money is not working which is a problem on 22bets side, even though it is still shown on the site which is misleading.(SCREENSHOT1) They said they tried to fix it but nothing changed.
-They asked me to use a different withdrawal method but as my account is blocked I cannot deposit money to withdraw! (SCREENSHOT2 and SCREENSHOT3).
If they allow me to use a different withdrawal option I could withdraw the money. They could also unblock my account so I can deposit the money, place the lowest bet possible and then withdraw it's not a problem or also transfer the money to someone elses account.
This is getting very stressful as they keep on ignoring me (SCREENSHOT4). Please help!!

Hello! As we can see, the player's account is not blocked. He tried all times to withdraw via the Neteller payment method, but it was canceled, because he could withdraw from this payment method only if he made 1 deposit (registered this payment method for withdrawal) - Withdrawals will only be approved when made using the same payment method that was used to make a deposit.
According to our rules, 22bet can refuse to withdraw funds using the same payment method and offer bank transfers.
The player ended up losing money without even trying alternative methods.
