I have made multiple withdrawal requests. First I tried to withdraw 50,000 PHP in one go, rejected due to supposedly “technical issues”.

I then tried to go lower, and lower down up to 10,000 PHP. But all were rejected due to same reason.

The only one that was successful was when i withdrew 5,000 PHP only.

Take note though, I had deposited 50,000 PHP, and i wagered all of that fairly and squarely, and fortunately was able to double my balance from it.

But when i tried to withdraw any of my winnings. They were all rejected. So, I then tried to withdraw multiple smaller amounts totaling to about 48-49K. But until now they are still in process.

They say all have been approved at their end, but until now i haven’t received any of the funds to my e-wallet. They are holding back my money so unnecessarily, especially when my method of payment is simply through e-wallet GCASH, so it should not take long, and there should be no issue.

After the bigger amounts were rejected, i made multiple smaller amount withdrawal requests between 3K-10K. More or less 48K-49K is the cumulative total still in processing. Also, based on their turnaround time for e-wallet withdrawal should only take up to 24 Hours, but it has now reached 48 Hours, and at this very second i believe one withdrawal request was only credited which was again, the smallest one for 3K only, but the rest are still being processed, eveb though they say they have already all been approved at their end. They just don’t want to payout, but are more than willing to take all your money when you deposit!

I’m replying to provide update to my issue. My withdrawal requests were all rejected due to “payment processing error”, to which i forwarded to the Support Team to advice. Please see attached screenshot for the rejected messages from 22bet. I’ve yet to receive clear explanation as to why i’m always encountering withdrawal issues. However, having said that, fortunaty, i have also made more recent withdrawal requests, and they have gone through successfully so far to my e-wallet. Granted, i still encounter from time to time the same issue as per their website due to “technical issue #02”, but when i do re-do the requests, and with some delay as always, i have received the funds eventually after a day. Still for e-wallet, it shouldn’t be taking that long, and shouldn’t be constantly encountering the same issues over and over again.

Sorry, i’ve had to recently update my email address attached to my account so that i would be able to email the Support Team as i was using @hotmail.com, which according to your customer service cannot be used when contacting the support team. It was recently updated to <email address removed>. As it stands, i currently have pending withdrawal requests which i initiated earlier today, and i would appreciate it if they are credited soon as possible to my Gcash please. Also, i hope that withdrawal requests will no longer be an issue, as i have had too many experience and encounter similar or same reason, which i believe not to be valid (techinical issues #02, payment processing error), especially when my payment system is only a simple e-wallet/Gcash. An update again. I’m once again encountering continuous withdrawal rejection, please see attached screenshot. So far my recent requests have been rejected 6 times in a row, and on top of that I also have 3 other withdrawal requests i initiated earlier that are still in processing, one of which is over 24 Hours ago but still not credited to my e-wallet. Honestly, when will this type of issue ever be resolved with this website.

Why would the operator refuse my requests? What is technical difficulties exactly? My payment method is only e-wallet, so it should be just very simple. What would be the point of trying a different payment method, when my current payment method should be fine, also i would be required to make a new deposit based on your terms & conditions if i opt for a different payment method, which i find ridiculous. Currently i have one withdrawal requests that has gone over 24 Hours already, can you also please assist on that. Please see attached screenshot.

So basically are you guys trying to say there’s no specific solution to resolve constant withdrawal rejection, and we, the players should just put up with it? That seems largely unfair, when it is so much easier, and quick to deposit, 99% of the time we experience absolutely no issue when depositing, but when we try to withdraw funds, it’s extremely difficult, and we have to go through these series of back and forth conversatation, only for you to say, 22bet have the right to refuse withdrawal via payment system. You guys definitely exercise that option religiously. It doesn’t seem like we’re going to get any sort of improvement after this, which to be honest is very disappointing.
